The Day of Package starts with a free consultation to hear all about your wedding and what you want your big day to feel like. Clutch Events creates a customized day of timeline that your wedding party and vendors receive before the wedding. We review this at your rehearsal dinner and will fully execute your vision the day of the wedding. We take the stress away and become your ‘go to’ person at your wedding!

Day of Package items include;

● Initial event consultation
● Preferred vendors list
● Meeting two weeks prior to the wedding to go through all day of the details
● Contact all vendors prior to your wedding to finalize their services
● Detailed custom day of timeline for your vendors and wedding party
● Onsite coordination of the rehearsal
● I will be the first person at your venue to welcome and coordinate vendors & begin the décor set up
● I handle all details throughout the day until the end of the night when I pack away all personal items and clean up the reception
● Wedding day emergency kit available for your bridal party & family
● Assistant coordinator included
● Available via email or cell with any wedding questions during your engagement!
